Job Description

The HVAC Lead Installation Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring that our installations are executed efficiently on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise installation teams ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Plan and coordinate HVAC installation projects including scheduling resource allocation and materials procurement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate project progress timelines and any issues or changes.
  • Oversee equipment and tool inventory maintenance and availability for installation teams.
  • Conduct quality assessments to ensure that installations meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during installation projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling resource allocation and cost control.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and a commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus)
  • Proficiency in computer software including project management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems installation techniques and safety practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality in HVAC installations.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
