Job Description
- Lead and supervise installation teams ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Plan and coordinate HVAC installation projects including scheduling resource allocation and materials procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate project progress timelines and any issues or changes.
- Oversee equipment and tool inventory maintenance and availability for installation teams.
- Conduct quality assessments to ensure that installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during installation projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling resource allocation and cost control.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus)
- Proficiency in computer software including project management tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems installation techniques and safety practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality in HVAC installations.
