What You Will Do
Usage of basic office equipment (e.g. fax machines copy machines phones).
Knowledge and understanding of various business applications software (e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/SharePoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills to include telephone skills
Exhibits a pleasant professional polished presence exhibiting the ability to troubleshoot utilizing critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a highly stressful and emotional environment to include behavioral health patients
Must be able to exhibit a high level of empathy with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and support people during life-changing events while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
Other duties as assigned.
