The University of Denver is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Club Swim Coach to lead our Club Swim team for the 2025-2026 season. This position requires prior coaching experience preferably three or more years in addition to a strong swimming background. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive disciplined and motivating environment to help student-athletes reach their full potential.
This is a seasonal non-benefited position not to exceed 1000 hours in a calendar year.

Work Schedule
Practices are M/W evenings 8:30-10pm. The season is split in three quarters:
September 10 - November 12; January 5 - March 16; March 30 - June 4

Hourly Range
The hourly range for this position is $19.00-$20.00.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
