Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute regional strategies for the infrastructure and energy sectors aligned with corporate goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends potential markets and client demands.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and drive regional business growth.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and energy domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government authorities private sector clients and strategic partners.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Analyze project and portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance on resource allocation to maximize profitability and project delivery efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance service offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a key liaison between the Middle East region and Surbana Jurong Groups global leadership.
- Represent the organization in regional conferences forums and industry events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Facilitate partnerships with local entities to foster knowledge transfer and capacity building.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor regulatory changes policy developments and competitor activities in the Middle East.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to the evolving market landscape.
- Develop comprehensive reports and updates for senior management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy sectors with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure development renewable energy and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
- Proven track record in business development and managing large-scale projects.
- Exceptional analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
