You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Commonwealth Secretariat seeks to appoint a Head of Rewards and Employee Wellbeing in our Human Resources & Facilities Management Division (HRFM). The HR function is expected to continuously seek to align the Secretariats people capacity with its mission capabilities and changing mandates to ensure that it delivers on its strategic and operational outcomes.
Reporting to the Director HRFM the Head of Rewards and Employee Wellbeing is responsible for managing developing and communicating the organisations pay and benefits framework in line with the Secretariats People Strategy. The post-holder is expected to provide expert advice on pay and benefits matters in an international context and effectively manage pay and benefits administration. In addition the post-holder is responsible for overseeing compliance audit and risk for the HR function.
To be considered you will need a relevant undergraduate degree in any subject from a nationally recognized institution as well as a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management Reward Management Employee Relations Organisational Behaviour or any other discipline relevant to the post. Candidates will need at least ten years experience in compensation and benefits including a minimum of five years heading the Rewards and/or Organisational Development function. Experience of working with diverse teams and in cross-cultural environments and in line managing teams and individuals is also required.
