About the Role
Duties
- Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
- Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Stock ice glassware and paper supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.
Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- Im Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge
- Passion for customer service
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Must have weekend availability (Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday preferred)
