Job Description

.Net Integration Analyst

Annapolis MD

Hybrid


Duties & Responsibilities:

Activities as directed by the respective functional area leads as stated above include but are not limited to:
  • Evaluate the back-end usability and function of the existing online voter registration and absentee ballot delivery tools.
  • Coordinate an action plan for making measurable and sustainable improvements to the quality of service provided to UOCAVA voters.
  • Assist with the security of Voter Services web application and troubleshooting issues related to the database and online application suite.
  • Other related projects and duties as assigned.

Technical Expertise:

  • Seven years of experience designing developing testing implementing and maintaining application communication database or operating systems software.
  • 3 years of experience building websites or web applications using
  • 3 years experience as a developer or data analyst using MS SQL Server and supporting tools to enable high-quality reporting and analysis of data
  • 3 years of experience integrating new technology and tools via API or other means with existing applications
  • Familiarity with using Google Workspace Smartsheet Microsoft Office tools Jira and VPN software
A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or other related discipline. A Masters Degree is preferred.Must have five (5) years of experience working with federally funded grant programs state related government operations or managing a state/federal project.
Experience:Very effective interpersonal skills including collaborating with a team and stakeholders.Ability to track accurately federal and state legislative judicial budgetary and regulatory issues.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Must be able to effectively manage the projects and tasks assigned and manage them concurrentlyMust be extremely responsive and punctual.Must be an excellent communicator verbally and in written form.Must have an appreciation of the importance of discretion and confidences in government (administration and elected arenas).Must have particularly good organizational skills.Must have excellent stakeholder management skills.Election experience is desirable.
