As our Acuity Adaptable ICU Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center you will help patients with varying acuity levels by providing exceptional care monitoring their condition administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and support to achieve optimal outcomes. Every day you will work in various units such as ICU PCU and Med-Surg providing exceptional care to patients with varying acuity levels. You will be expected to monitor and manage patients perform diagnostic tests interpret results collaborate with interdisciplinary team members maintain accurate medical records and provide education and support to patients and their families.

This is the opportunity for cross training into our other service lines if interested (PCU PEDS) and get exposure to ICU patients while working in MCU caring for MST patients. You have opportunities to learn and grow (Charge RN Resource RN Precepting Committee Participation No silos we work as one team with different specialties excellent teamwork among our team members and we have an active Unit Base Practice Council who influence RN/NA practice quality and patient experience.
