Le Laboratoire GSK recherche un(e) Apprenti Chef de Projet Mthodes et Fiabilisation H/F pour la rentre de septembre 2025 dans le cadre dune Alternance de minimum 1 an pour son site bas Mayenne (53).
MISSION :
Au sein de lquipe Mthodes et Fiabilisation vous aurez pour principales missions :
Participer aux gouvernances Amlioration de la Performance : Analyse et force de proposition sur des problmatiques qui ncessitent de changer ou modifier un processus des pratiques un quipement ...
Contribuer la rsolution de problme en appliquant une dmarche structure (DMAIC)
Grer des projets damlioration sur des lignes de fabrication ou de conditionnement (Analyse avec les utilisateurs la Maintenance / Change Management / Suivi projet conception installation et qualification / Formation des utilisateurs)
Dans le cadre de lamlioration continue et des projets vous travaillerez en collaboration entre autres avec la Maintenance lquipe Technique Validation la Qualit le service Ingnierie et notre client la Production
Analyser les Indicateurs (KPI) de Performance des lignes Budgtaire ... et identifier les axes damlioration en tant force de proposition.
Prendre en charge des sujets compliances (Mise jour de Procdures Ralisation des Maintenance Plan Review ...)

Le site de Mayenne est spcialis dans la production dantibiotiques formes orales sches (comprims glules sachets poudre pour suspensions buvables). Il emploie environ 400 collaborateurs.
