Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Data Engineering Trainee who will help us build optimize and maintain the systems that make our data flow reliably and efficiently.
You are someone who wants to dive deep into data and analytics infrastructure and make sure our systems are clean scalable and high-performing.
You dont need to be a senior developer but we want you to be hungry to learn. If you already have some experience with SQL or Python or any tool to process or visualize data thats a big plus. If not we expect you to be excited to learn and become an expert over time.
Its also a plus if you have an interest in data statistics building data products or strategic thinking but your drive and willingness to learn is what matters most.
Job description
The position as a Data Engineering Trainee is a full-time role for candidates based in Sweden.
Your main task is to develop and secure our data systems to ensure clean reliable and scalable data - this includes:
Responsibility for maintaining our databases and data pipelines from current tracking systems and data sources
Optimizing existing data pipelines and streamlining our data flow
Building new connections and data integrations with additional data sources
Theres no limit to how much you can learn and grow in this role its all up to your ambition and passion for data.

Today the company consists of over 70 employees and full-time consultants as well as several part-time freelancers.
