Job Description
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Rochester NY 14621. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Job Details:
- Shift: 8-hr. days Monday-Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2400 - $2600
**Looking for an ASAP START DATE**
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform X-rays and other imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Position patients and equipment to obtain optimal images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment and report any issues.
- Review and interpret images for quality and completeness.
- Document and maintain patient records accurately.
- ARRT certification required.
- NYS DOH Rad Tech Licensure required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience is required.
- Recent acute care or surgery center experience required.
- Portable C-ARM experience required.
- Strong fluoroscopy and OR skills; must rate high on the skills checklist.
- Experience with Moderate sedation OR ED Trauma and Fluoroscopy exams required.
