Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial journeyman-level experience
Full proficiency in reading and interpreting plans
Ability to take a new set of plans to a jobsite and execute with minimal direction
Must be able to lead and direct a small team including helpers or less experienced crew
Must be able to:
Estimate time and labor needs accurately
Perform accurate material take-offs
Act without wasting time or company resources
Identify and solve problems on the fly without pausing for guidance
Must have:
A reliable vehicle
All tools needed to complete a full commercial electrical tenant improvement project
Willing to travel regularly throughout Southern California and ideally open to occasional out-of-state work
