Job Description
DESIGN As a Design Intern (Innovation PX Intern) you will support multidisciplinary teams in delivering **human-centred ethical and emotionally resonant design outcomes. Youll contribute to people-research efforts co-design sessions and help document insights that shape digital products and services across brands. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sprints by shadowing PX researchers and designers.
- Assist in the creation of user journey maps and storyboard scenarios.
- Document insights from interviews and usability tests.
- Contribute to the design critique process by preparing annotated visuals.
- Support sprint reviews and retrospectives by taking structured notes.
- Collaborate with engineers and strategists to understand the full lifecycle of product & Skills Exposure
- Figma Notion Miro
- Introduction to PX CoP standards
- Responsible AI basics
- Public speaking and storytelling mini-courseCore Values in Practice
- **People-Experience First: Begin all briefs with a people outcome.
- **Responsible Tech: Document human-centred evaluation of features.
- **Growth through Learning: Reflect feedback into next Purpose & Scope The Tech Intern role focuses on supporting product delivery with a **technology-enabled people-first lens. Youll gain exposure to modern engineering workflows participate in release activities and assist with QA and code reviews in cross-functional product teams. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to simple feature stories under the guidance of a developer.
- Shadow and assist in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Learn to navigate the groups Git repositories and deployment workflows.
- Help write automated tests and resolve bugs in staging environments.
- Observe how accessibility and performance are tested and & Skills Exposure
- Git VS Code Storybook
- Agile sprint ceremonies
- Intro to testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Cypress)
- Fundamentals of React (if in Frontend CoP)Core Values in Practice
- **Craft at Scale: Commit code that meets peer-reviewed quality standards.
