Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - HNI and Luxury Sales at Imperial Holiday Homes Limited in Gurugram. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to high net-worth individual (HNI) and luxury sales including prospecting networking and closing deals to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the luxury real estate market.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the luxury real estate sector.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct property presentations negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
Travel: Travel to various locations for client meetings property showings and industry events 40 travel required).
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Training & Development: Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
