Job Description
2. Position:- Production Manager (Control Panels)
1)Production of PMU lCU ACEM DCEM SVR and other products as per production plan given by PPC.
2)Effectively using all resources like manpower material and tools jigs fixture to achieve productivity 1 panel per person per shift without overtime.
3)Ensure issue of batches ion line without any shortages for uninterrupted work
4)Zero accumulation of defective stock
5)Maintain 5S discipline and cleanliness on shop floor.
6)At each stage proper process sheet to be displayed along with CTP and CTQ.
7)Ensure lowest possible conversion cost.
8)Adhere to management directives.
9)Daily and monthly reporting as per MIS format.
10)Maintain healthy relation with associated department and marketing.
11)Avoid overtimes and other extra work on line.
12)Ensure the all necessary process handling storage compliance resulting in to good product quality
13)Implementation of kaizen suggestions in process material issues and production lines
14)Automation in card testing and panel testing
15)In line production of ACEM DCEM and small products
