Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid contract role is three 3 days in office. Candidates resume must include first and last name.
Description
Responsibilities and nbsp;
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications. This includes: o developing detailed programming specifications o writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests. and nbsp;
o Analyzes designs develops codes and implements programs in one or more programming languages for Web and Rich Internet Applications and nbsp;
o Supports applications with an understanding of system integration test planning scripting and troubleshooting and nbsp;
o Designs and develops REST API platform (e.g. with using Apigee/APIM) and nbsp;
o Converts web services from SOAP to REST or vice-versa and nbsp;
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and migrations. and nbsp;
General Skills and nbsp;
Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level and nbsp;
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and nbsp;
Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications and nbsp;
Experience in design code test debug and document applications and nbsp;
Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools and nbsp;
Experience in one or more programming languages and nbsp;
Experience in application design latest design patterns deployment and troubleshooting and nbsp;
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies and nbsp;
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages and nbsp;
Experience with one or more communications protocols and nbsp;
Experience in structured methodologies for the design development implementation and maintenance of applications and nbsp;
Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts and nbsp;
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills and nbsp;
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines API Skills and nbsp;
Experience with Web Technologies (DHTML AJAX etc. and nbsp;
Experience with Security frameworks (e.g. JWT OATH2 and nbsp;
Experience in API layer like security custom analytics throttling caching logging monetization request and response modifications etc. using Apigee and nbsp;
Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools desirable and nbsp;
Experience with Integration frameworks (e.g. Mule Camel) desirable

Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications and nbsp;
Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies and nbsp;
Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices and nbsp;
Experience with middleware and gateways Experience reviewing analyzing and modifying product installation scripts including encoding testing debugging and nbsp;
Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues and nbsp;
Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team and nbsp;
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards and nbsp;
Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

- Proficiency in all cloud service models: SaaS PaaS and IaaS
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards and nbsp;
- Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (case management Knowledge Management Customer Service Workspace configuration) and power platform and nbsp;
- Experience with both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
and nbsp;

- Strong communication skills to prepare documentation including but not limited to; reports reviews assessments and nbsp;
- Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
- Ability to communicate designs and development in clear and understandable manner
Must Have:
