Job Summary
Kapil Properties is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives and Managers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about real estate or experienced professionals looking to further their careers in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels including digital marketing networking cold-calling and direct engagement.
Sales and amp; Client Management: Conduct property site visits with prospective clients address client inquiries and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns. Assist in creating brochures presentations and online advertisements.
Market Analysis: Keep updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
Negotiation and amp; Closing: Manage the negotiation process with clients and close deals effectively while ensuring transparency and integrity.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
There will be target base work from third month onwards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred MBA in Marketing.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus.
