Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with cruise selection and booking based on travel goals timelines and budgets
Provide insight into various cruise lines ship features and destinations with a focus on Caribbean itineraries
Manage end-to-end booking processes including reservations payment details and client communications
Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage referrals
Stay updated on cruise promotions destination changes and travel requirements
Requirements:
Strong interest in cruising; personal cruise travel experience is a plus
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Comfortable working with online booking tools and customer management systems
