Reports To: Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Group COO to drive enterprise execution and profitability across the Group. As the operational heartbeat of QSSG you will lead Country Managers oversee P&L delivery across entities and align performance with the Group s growth ambitions. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-oriented executive who thrives on scale discipline and impact.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Leadership: Drive financial performance across entities with a focus on EBITDA cash flow and operational efficiency.
Entity Oversight: Lead and support Country Managers to deliver on strategy execution and compliance.
Operating Discipline: Standardize performance dashboards KPIs and business review rhythms across the Group.
Process & Systems Optimization: Champion automation SOPs and performance levers to enhance margin and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Group Heads of CX Growth Finance HR and QHSE to ensure aligned delivery.
Governance: Institutionalize quarterly reviews and enterprise reporting with the CEO and Board.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s in Business Finance or Operations; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10 years in regional senior roles with direct P&L responsibility.
Skills: Strategic execution multi-entity management financial acumen people leadership.
Preferred: Experience in workforce solutions outsourcing or related services sectors.
