Position Summary:
The Chief of Staff works closely with the CEO and manager to help the organization run efficiently and focused. This role supports the CEO by managing important projects improving internal processes and making sure teams across the company are working well together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Coordination: Manage the CEO s agenda meetings and communications; serve as a bridge across teams.
- Communication & Culture: Prepare executive memos and help promote a cohesive organizational culture.
- Strategic Support: Monitor the execution of projects priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure effective collaboration and information flow between departments.
- Project & Operations Management: Streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA or relevant master s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in strategy operations consulting or an executive support role.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
