Job Description

Position Summary:

The Chief of Staff works closely with the CEO and manager to help the organization run efficiently and focused. This role supports the CEO by managing important projects improving internal processes and making sure teams across the company are working well together.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Coordination: Manage the CEO s agenda meetings and communications; serve as a bridge across teams.
  • Communication & Culture: Prepare executive memos and help promote a cohesive organizational culture.
  • Strategic Support: Monitor the execution of projects priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure effective collaboration and information flow between departments.
  • Project & Operations Management: Streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA or relevant master s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in strategy operations consulting or an executive support role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements - Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role is preferred. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Attention to detail and confidentiality. - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. - Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable. - Opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic HR team. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Collaborative and inclusive work environment. - Chance to contribute to meaningful recruitment initiatives and processes.
