Position Title: Senior Lead Generation SpecialistWork Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 10:00 PM 07:00 AM PH Time Zone - TBC (Night Shift)
Salary: Php 50000.00 - 60000.00 gross salary package
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Lead Generation Strategist to join our team through Boomering. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can take full ownership of our lead generation strategy design and implement multi-channel campaigns and align initiatives with broader business development goals. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to build a high-performing lead funnel and drive long-term growth across the US market.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Lead Generation Specialist:
Own and evolve the company s lead generation strategy from planning to execution.
Identify and analyze target industries and companies for outreach.
Design and manage outreach campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn phone and email.
Analyze KPIs and optimize strategies based on performance data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in targeted accounts.
Manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and generate performance reports.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices to elevate team capabilities.
Explore new tools trends and channels for lead generation innovation.
Qualifications as a Senior Lead Generation Specialist:
Minimum of 4 years experience in lead generation and sales ideally within IT and/or Engineering services.
Proven ability to develop and lead successful outreach strategies.
Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot and tools like Google Suite.
Highly skilled in using LinkedIn and other social media for professional outreach.
Strong communication analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent research and reporting skills.
