Job Summary
Supports the Sales Manager in implementing strategic sales initiatives and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This role is instrumental in driving both new customer acquisition the retention of existing accounts and accountable for managing key accounts. A key focus of this role is ensuring the team meets or exceeds established KPIs while aligning with broader company objectives.
Location : Johor Bahru
Your Primary Responsibility Includes:
- Sales Strategy Development: Designing and executing targeted sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Leadership & Team Management: Leading coaching and inspiring the sales team to drive high performance and deliver results.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Defining sales KPIs analyzing performance metrics and delivering insightful reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Pharmacy or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is essential with a track record of effectively managing and motivating sales teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess sales performance identify market opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective interaction with team members clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
