Job Description
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Design document and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases across web and API layers
- Develop extend and maintain automated test frameworks and suites
- Collaborate with external stakeholders clients QA teams integration partners and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into our QA processes
- Triage track and report defects; work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
- Take initiative to identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions that improve overall product quality
- Communicate test results risks and recommendations clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies
- Proven track record building and maintaining automated test suites
- Deep understanding of software QA fundamentals including test planning defect tracking and metrics
- Excellent English communication skills comfortable writing clear bug reports and leading distributed discussions
- Self-motivated collaborative and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience testing Python/Django applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions)
