Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our Orlando-based team. In this role you will support the development execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Youll serve as a critical link between our creative strategic and client service teams ensuring projects are completed on time and align with client goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning coordination and implementation of advertising campaigns
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with designers copywriters and marketing teams to ensure message consistency
Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables
Coordinate approvals and feedback between clients and internal departments
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations
Conduct research on market trends competitors and audience behavior
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in advertising marketing coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with advertising or project management software is a plus
