Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Orlando FL. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
Receive inspect and record incoming shipments
Organize and store materials according to company standards
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
Assist in loading and unloading trucks
Follow company procedures for labeling and tracking inventory
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
Forklift certification is advantageous but not required
