Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in Orlando FL. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in sales gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to coordinate client accounts provide administrative support and contribute to the achievement of company targets.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and client coordination
Manage and update customer databases and records
Support lead generation efforts and follow-up communications
Coordinate appointments presentations and client meetings
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales reports proposals and presentations
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
