Job Description

Get to Know the Team

The Cities Business Operations & Expansions team is responsible for designing and executing strategic programs with the goal to drive engagement and growth for our driver & merchant partners across cities outside Metro Manila. You will get the chance to work closely with the Luzon Visayas and Mindanao teams to identify their key areas of growth then collaborate with the various central teams to deliver true success for our partners.

Get to Know the Role

You will have a team to help you guide and facilitate your projects. As we act as the main project team for Cities it is important that you can keep track and deliver all asks and projects keeping in mind budget spend per quarter.

You will be reporting onsite to our Exquadra Tower office and will directly report to the Head of Cities Business Operations & Commercials

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Conduct regular conversations with regional teams to identify their areas for improvement. Design and execute process/ people / technology solutions to address key problem areas.
  • Monitor and gain actionable insight from key metrics of growth per city.
  • Learn to manage P&L and monitor quarterly budget and spend.
  • Meet with external partners and agencies to strengthen working relationships and drive key agendas. Collaborate with central teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and approve decisions and messaging from your team before final execution.
  • Work with Public Affairs teams and LGUs to ensure regulatory compliance of your projects.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Management or any 4- year related course.
  • With relevant work experience as a brand manager project manager marketing manager or any similar role.
  • Knowledgeable in how to plan and implement marketing process and basic technology improvements.
  • Experience in handling a team and developing career plans for individuals.
  • Must be knowledgeable about transport cars and the automotive industry
  • Must be open to frequent local travel within the Philippines.
