Hours of work:
- Saturday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Sunday - 9:30am - 5:45pm
- Monday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Tuesday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Wednesday - 8:30am - 5:45pm
What will you be doing
As a Sales Consultant you will help provide the best solution to all customers and ensure a memorable experience in-store. Yes we offer awesome products but we know our customers purchase from us because we also offer expert service which plays a crucial role in setting us apart from our competitors.
In this role your main responsibilities will be:
- Selling a wide range of tech products.
- Building strong relationships with customers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Ensuring the store is presentable and welcoming.
- Supporting your fellow team members to achieve daily targets and creating great team culture.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales preferably in a technology or appliance retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making particularly in high-pressure retail situations
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to contribute positively to the organisational culture
- In-depth knowledge of or a genuine interest in learning about the latest technological innovations and industry trends
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of customer service
Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
