Job Description
Hours are: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - (2 10-hour shifts).
Currently every 3rd weekend. Based on need possibly every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Schedules patient visits.
- Develops staffing schedules triage and on-call schedules.
- Interacts with patients their representatives physicians physician office staff departmental staff to gather and ensure accuracy of demographic billing and clinical information.
- Develops and distributes required forms documents and reports with accurate patient information.
- Enters all data related to scheduling needs.
- Maintains exemplary level of customer service.
- Reviews new and previously recorded information with patient physician and others to ensure accurate collection and analysis of information.
- Communicates instructions and arrival times to patient for each visits.
- Accepts and Directs patients calls to appropriate staff or charge nurse.
- Communicates schedule changes to appropriate staff and or patients.
- Works with charge nurses and managers to maintain schedules
Qualifications :
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree.
- Previous experience with an electronic medical records system.
