Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Banking & Finance group in Global Financial Markets in Singapore.
Based in Singapore this practice has an excellent market reputation and will provide the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
- 4 PQE (on the UK scale)
- Legal qualification from Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
- Experience in advising on transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking & finance leveraged finance structured finance.
- Have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients.
- Have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills and excellent transactional and management skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups.
- Display a considerable appetite for business development client relationship management and other commercial activities
- Have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring junior team members
