Job Description
This driver is responsible for local deliveries and pick-ups within the Yellowknife area in a prompt manner.
The work week is Monday to Friday with hours of 8 AM to 5 PM; however some flexibility in availability is required. You will work on the dock and climb in and out of the truck to carry the freight use a wheeler a Pallet jack or a Forklift to complete deliveries and pick-ups.
The driver must reside in the Yellowknife area; no fly-in options.
Qualifications :
- Class 5 license
- 1 year of pick-up and delivery experience
- Good knowledge of the city and the surrounding area
- Physically fit - able to lift 75 LBS and push 200 LBS
- Reliable and dependable
- TDG WHMIS and Forklift experience are assets
- Must be able to provide a criminal record check drivers abstract and 2 work-related references.
