Job Description

As a valued member of both our Broker Recruitment and Sales team youll be working closely with our Senior Management and Sales Leaders in undertaking the following responsibilities:

  • Headhunting top broker talent from across Australia
  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end Broker Recruitment process
  • Driving strong pipelines for Mobile and Retail Brokers as well as Associates
  • Partnering with internal teams and external networks to source great candidates
  • Championing the Lendi Group brand and actively building market awareness
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pool across all key broker channels
  • Sharing regular pipeline updates and insights with Senior Management
  • Creating a standout candidate experience at every stage no matter the outcome

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Recruiter (internal or agency)
  • Highly organised and has demonstrable ability to organise others
  • Ability to work as part of a larger cross functional team
  • A passion for creating a great people experience
  • Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • A love of finance and recruitment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with great follow-through and follow-up practices
