To ensure all types of facility maintenance and construction are performed in a safe timely and cost efficient manner for all dockside facilities
- To provide primary and specialized support for all mechanical equipment related systems (i.e. HVAC refrigeration electrical restaurant plumbing structural etc.) and all general building/facilities both interior and exterior (i.e. carpentry drywall painting etc.) through delegation of responsibilities to the crew and personal hands-on performance.
- Routine and miscellaneous inspections regarding new installations repairs preventative maintenance procedures and tests of air handlers exhaust fans pumps domestic water systems fire protections systems restaurant equipment waste systems electrical systems chillers heat exchangers separators and associated equipment to provide service and support in accordance with applicable codes and ACSC policies and procedures.
- Identify and relay opportunities for improvement required to support and contribute to department and property business guest and team member satisfaction.
- Monitor all scheduled and unscheduled overtime during supervised shift.
- Monitor parts and supplies inventory to maintain adequate supply of necessary parts while avoiding excess or obsolete inventory items.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma/GED with a minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience with two (2) years of supervisory experience in facility based maintenance.
- Degree related to facility engineering local municipal license and/or multiple certificates in various crafts preferred.
- Must have valid Missouri drivers license
- Must be highly skilled in the use of all hand and power tools related to facility based maintenance.
- Must have highly skilled working knowledge of electrical plumbing mechanical and carpentry fields.
- Must be highly skilled with proper application and use of common and job related special tools and test equipment.
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
