Job Description
Position: Bars Team Member
Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Type: Full Time
The Role: As a Bars Team Member youll be at the heart of our social scene delivering top-notch drinks and service to our guests. Whether youre pouring a refreshing cocktail or serving a chilled pint your role is all about creating the perfect springtime experience for our guests.
Youll also:
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Serve our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including; tea coffee milkshakes cocktails and a range of alcoholic drinks to our guests
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic role
- Possess strong attention to detail being able to spot when tables and glasses need clearing
- Attend training sessions to ensure you have relevant knowledge of alcohol laws and procedures
- Keep the bar area clean organised and fully stocked.
- Work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
- Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Hours of work:
- Full-time position - working 40 hours per week.
- Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
- Bar opening times: 9am 2.30am
- 8 hour shifts include; days evenings and lates
- All straight shifts around the needs of the business
** Rates of pay - Based upon age:
12.21 per hr (Over 21)
10.00 per hour 18 - 20
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- A friendly enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Prior bar experience is great but not essential we can train you!
- The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and bank holidays.
- A team player whos keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
