Job Description

Finance plays a key role in shaping this journey by providing the transparency and control needed to scale responsibly. For our new office in Cairo we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced purpose-driven environment.
Financial Analysis & Business Partnership
- You analyze financial performance across business units and proactively challenge Business Controllers to improve commercial decisions.
- You support Accounting teams in ensuring correct postings and transparency on P&L cost centers and project codes.
Reporting & Automation
- You further develop and automate cost and management reports to support financial steering and enhance data availability across departments.
- You refine cost allocation and recharge mechanisms to reflect operational realities and ensure fairness across business units.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
- You coordinate cross-functional reporting processes and ensure high-quality performance dialogues within the organization.
- You drive the improvement of financial tools processes and reporting standards in close collaboration with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
You create training materials and run onboarding sessions to upskill both Finance and Business teams in understanding and using financial reports and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- You graduated in the top 10% with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup investment banking audit or consulting.
- You think analytically have advanced Excel skills and bring a data-driven mindset.
- You are hands-on determined and self-driven you push through uncertainty and take ownership to find solutions.
- You communicate clearly are stakeholder-oriented and can explain complex financial topics in simple terms.
- You speak English at a native or near-native level (C1/C2); German is a plus but not required.
