To provide injury prevention and return to work services (and other similar services) to customers to assist injured individuals to return to work with their pre-injury employer ensuring excellence in and quality of service delivery and customer service. These services are a combination of telephonic and mobile services.
- Drive to support injured workers to remain at work through early intervention support.
- Support national employers with injury management processes across multiple states and jurisdictions.
- Undertaking of relevant follow up post triage including but not limited to organisation of medical appointments; liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; creation of return to work plans.
- Undertake administration activities relating to claim processes including but not limited to claim form completion submission of certificates and PIAWE calculations.
- Conduct occasional worksite meetings or Case Conferences with the injured individual and their employer in order to assess the physical requirements of the injured individuals preinjury duties and potential suitable duties to enable development of a RTW plan (as required).
- Work collaboratively with other consultants who may be required to undertake worksite meetings or case conferences
Qualifications :
- Experience in one of Return to Work Case Management WorkCover front end management or Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Time management skills.
- Own and maintain a road worthy comprehensively insured motor vehicle and current drivers licence.
