Job Description

As an Event Executive you will:
- Plan coordinate and execute high-end events ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Handle incoming event leads professionally through multiple channels
- Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue function menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximised.
- Collaborate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
- Manage budgets timelines and logistics with precision.
- Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets.
- Stay ahead of trends bringing creativity and innovation to our event offerings.
Qualifications :
- A strong background in event planning within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
