DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Credit Collector to join our GSS Finance team in Gdynia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables Management: Follow up on accounts receivables in line with the DNV collection model using the OnGuard collection tool.
- Collection Coordination: Manage collection efforts including dunning procedures and follow-ups.
- Client Communication: Make collection calls and follow up with emails as necessary.
- Payment Negotiation: Contact customers to obtain payments and negotiate payment plans when required.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Support Project Managers: Assist Project Managers and Key Account Managers by providing information about customer history and activities.
- Global Collaboration: Work with DNV colleagues globally.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a temporary contract with a planned duration of 12 months.

QualificationsQualifications:
- Language Skills: Excellent English and German skills; additional European language is an asset.
- Education: Relevant education in finance or administration.

- Service-minded attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an international environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills with different user groups.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
