That means you will ensure thatfacilities provided are well maintained regulation/procedure are in placeand implemented hazards/aspects assessments are conducted the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents
• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
• Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillarteam/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence
• Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards

What you will bring

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
• Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA EPA DNREC
• Experience in safety and/or environmental technical standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
• Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO

AlsVeiligheidsspecialist/Preventieadviseur krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om onze HSE-programmas te optimaliseren en een cultuur van veiligheid te bevorderen. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team om incidenten te voorkomen en een veilige werkomgeving voor al onze medewerkers te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Zorgdragen voor de naleving van alle relevante veiligheidsnormen en -voorschriften (zowel wettelijk als intern bij MDLZ).
• Implementeren en handhaven van effectieve HSE-programmas binnen de fabriek.
• Actief bijdragen aan het verminderen van veiligheidsincidenten door het identificeren en elimineren van onveilige handelingen en omstandigheden.
• Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en adviseren over preventieve maatregelen.

Jouw taken:

• Meehelpen aan de culturele HSE-gedragstransformatie om nul ongevallen en incidenten te bereiken.
• Geven van deskundig advies en ondersteuning op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid.
• Voorbereiden en opvolgen van maandelijkse veiligheidsrondgangen en CBPW-meetings.
• Zorgen voor de naleving van nationale en Europese wetgeving en Mondelz-normen.
• Verzorgen van interne MDLZ-rapportages en rapportages vereist door de overheid/FOD.
• Documenteren cordineren en toezicht houden op de uitvoering van veiligheids- en gezondheidsprogrammas -processen en -procedures.
• Deelnemen aan (zelf)audits om non-conformiteiten te identificeren en actieplannen op te stellen.
• Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en deelnemen aan incidentanalyses (RCA) om verbetermogelijkheden te definiren.
• Zorgen voor opleidings- communicatie- en sensibiliseringscampagnes om het veiligheidsbewustzijn en de veiligheidscultuur te stimuleren.
• Deelnemen aan projecten als veiligheidsvertegenwoordiger.

Jouw profiel:

• Diploma Preventieadviseur (Niveau 1 of Niveau 2 voorkeur voor Niveau 1).
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van gezondheid & veiligheid bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
• Goede kennis van technische aspecten van machines/installaties & productieprocessen.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken met individuen en groepen op alle niveaus.
• Flexibel proactief gedreven en autonoom.
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
