Are you looking for a7:7 DIDO roster with a competitive pay package If youre an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a Heavy Diesel (HD) Mechanical background this is your opportunity to take the next step with Emeco working across a range of sites in the Bowen Basin.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across mobile plant operations
- Coordinate teams and resources to deliver efficient breakdowns diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Provide hands-on leadership mentoring and support to your crew
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets
- Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely on time and within budget
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
- Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance including diagnostics and repairs
- A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Fitting (Australian recognised)
- Excellent understanding of maintenance systems reliability principles and relevant safety legislation
- A proactive leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Full Australian working rights
