- Lead a staff of service professionals with demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Implement and achieve individual and team sales goals in spa memberships service enhancements and upgrades and retail sales
- Support the Spa Director and Owners in executing the day-to-day operations of the spa along with specific assigned responsibilities
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and skin care services
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll scheduling ordering/inventory and reporting
- Ongoing recruitment of a best-in-class team
- Utilize reporting and data analytics to determine bright spots and areas of improvement
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards including maintenance issues throughout the spa
- Community Outreach
- A passion for people and sales with a high level of enthusiasm
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/customer service experience preferably in a hospitality or spa environment LMBT License & experience preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Responsibility and dependability are a must
- Critical thinking skills including customer conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines
- Enthusiasm in ongoing training and education personally and for staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be utilized internally and externally
