Position Summary
IRMII is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Temporary Branding Marketing & Web Design Associate to support its growing visibility and digital presence. This individual will work closely with leadership to enhance IRMIIs brand identity improve its website and execute marketing initiatives that engage students faculty and industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Technical skills: - Proficiency in web design platforms: WordPress Squarespace Wix others - Basic front-end development: knowledge of HTML CSS or others to allow for customization beyond templates. - Responsive design experience: Ability to create websites that work well across desktop tablet and mobile device. Design and branding skills: - Ability to create clean modern layouts consistent with institutional branding. - Proficiency in tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for custom visuals and icons. - Ability to align website look and feel with existing or evolving brand identity. Strategic and content capabilities: - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and audience. - Strong understanding of user experience (navigation page hierarchy intuitive design) - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Background or interest in higher education insurance or risk management is a plus
