Your Responsibilities
- Develop implement monitor and optimise ROI-focused SEA campaigns working directly and with agency partners to hit KPIs such as CPL ROAS and conversion volume.
- Manage the relationship and performance of a LinkedIn Ads agency ensuring campaign alignment with broader ABM and demand-generation strategies.
- Design build and refine automated lead-nurturing sequences in Apollo and maintain seamless data flow with Salesforce for lead scoring segmentation and attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Sales and Creative teams to align messaging landing-page experiences and go-to-market execution across channels.
Your Qualifications
- Deep SEA expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEA campaign management in B2B or B2C SaaS environments
- T-shaped marketing skillset: Broad proficiency across digital channels (email social content analytics) with specialized depth in SEA strategies and execution
- Analytical mindset: Strong numerical aptitude comfortable working with large data sets and translating insights into actionable optimizations
- Communication & organization: Excellent written and verbal skills in English & German with an independent structured approach to project management
- Ownership: Demonstrating accountability by addressing challenges proactively and delivering on commitments.
