Job Description
Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Engineering Student.
If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Observe and document work steps on the production line
- Identify deviations from existing standard instructions
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to understand current practices
- Review and update SWIs in digital format based on real-time observations
- Ensure documentation aligns with safety and quality requirements
and if you have:
- Currently enrolled in a technical university (e.g. Industrial Engineering Automation Mechatronics)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical observation skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with production processes and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement
