Job Description
Job Title: Virtual Appointment Setter (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Contact new leads to set appointments for athlete analysis consultations

Follow up with previous leads to encourage conversion

Use proven scripts to communicate services clearly and confidently

Update and manage lead data using Go High Level
-
Coordinate closely with the sales team to refine scheduling strategies
Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English

Experience with Go High Level and Google Docs

Prior background in appointment setting or lead generation

Strong time management and ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with the sports or fitness industry

Experience working with youth or athletic clients
