The Role
We re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to own and optimize our affiliate content process from end to end. Youll act as the hub between affiliate partners content creators and internal stakeholders ensuring that offers are surfaced content is created and everything goes live on time and in compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Coordination: Liaise with affiliate partners to source new product offers updates and campaign information.

Content Workflow Management: Assign and track affiliate content production with the editorial team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Compliance Oversight: Manage legal and compliance review processes to ensure all affiliate content meets regulatory and brand standards.

Publishing Oversight: Coordinate with web and editorial teams to ensure timely and accurate publication of approved content.

Project Tracking: Maintain project timelines flag risks or blockers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows for improved efficiency clarity and output.
What You Bring

Proven experience managing projects in content production affiliate marketing or digital media.

Stellar organizational skills with a knack for keeping multiple balls in the air.

Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven you don t miss a beat.

Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Slack Asana and Google Workspace.
