Job Summary (List Format):
- 6 month contract position with Cross Country Healthcare (Boca location) remote except for CA/west coast
- Focused on technical and functional aspects of Oracle ERP specifically in HCM modules (Core OTL Payroll)
- Responsible for requirements gathering and solution reviews
- Manages process workflows testing cutover activities and change initiatives
- Works with Oracle ERP integrations and customizations
- Collaborates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitates process improvement and organizational change management
- Utilizes project management tools and methodologies
- Healthcare staffing industry familiarity is highly desirable
- Oracle certifications are a plus
- Bachelors degree in IT Business HR or related field preferred
