Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical with a focus on micro-ticket size loans (1L–10L). The role requires DSA-based sourcing market development and end-to-end sales management in Sikar Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
Source LAP leads through DSA channel
Drive disbursements and meet monthly targets
Maintain relationships with DSAs and ensure quality sourcing
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing
Track market trends and local competition
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in LAP/secured loans
Strong network of DSAs and local market knowledge
Proven track record in micro-ticket lending
Good communication and interpersonal skills
