They are a startup in the solar domain. They have developed a B2B platform where cutting-edge AI technology meets deep expertise in the solar domain. They have multiple offerings for solar PV installers doing rooftop installations as well as maintaining existing ones.
Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Role Summary
As a Customer Success Executive you'll be the trusted contact for our prospects/customers. You’ll give demos to prospects and help onboard them. After that you will support and help them get maximum value from our product or service thus helping them grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospects/customers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption
- Monitor usage and proactively engage with customers
- Understand customer goals and help them succeed
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Keep CRM tools updated with customer activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Communication Psychology or related
- 0-2 years in Customer Success / Account Management
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
- Strong problem-solving & follow-up abilities
- Comfortable using a computer and various productivity tools like Excel
- Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho HubSpot Salesforce)
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS or tech company
