- Highly desired: 1 year of Occupational Medicine Experience

- Highly desired: DOT Certification OR Must obtain DOT certification within 45 days of hire
- Required: Ability to Treat Autonomously
- Highly desired: Board Certification or Eligibility in Primary Care or Related Field
